About me

My name is Camilla, and I've always felt the need to create. When I paint and draw, I lose track of time and my surroundings. It's my space to immerse myself in the process and follow whatever emerges along the way.

My work rarely begins with a fixed plan. I work intuitively, letting colours, shapes and compositions guide me. As a result, each piece takes on its own distinct character.

I paint and draw what I find aesthetically pleasing. For me, it's a feeling that can be difficult to describe. A certain mood or balance within a piece that either emerges or doesn't. It doesn't always need to have a specific meaning or a clear explanation. What matters most is that it evokes something.
